Account and registration
No. One person may maintain only one active account on lampu4d. If we discover that you operate multiple accounts—whether by using different usernames, email addresses, or payment methods—we will close all accounts associated with you and forfeit any balances. Multiple accounts are considered a breach of our Terms & Conditions and are grounds for permanent suspension.
If you previously closed an account and wish to open a new one, contact our support team to confirm that your old account is fully closed before registering again.
Opening an account on lampu4d involves five steps: (1) visit our registration page and enter your username, email, password, and mobile number; (2) confirm your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox; (3) complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by uploading a valid identity document (passport, national ID, or driver's license); (4) wait for our team to verify your documents within one business day; and (5) once verified, make your first deposit and begin using the platform.
You can access live-dealer tables, slots, sportsbook markets (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Champions League, Premier League), and esports markets (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile) immediately after registration, but you cannot withdraw funds until KYC is complete.
You can update your account preferences (email, mobile number, password) by logging in and visiting the account settings page. You may change your password, update your contact details, and review your transaction history at any time. lampu4d does not offer tools such as account controls, account preferences, time-out features, or temporary account suspension. Payments and transactions
lampu4d does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) may apply their own fees or transfer charges. These fees are set by the payment provider, not by lampu4d. We recommend checking your provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction. Deposits via mobile banking, local payment, and online payment typically incur no charge, but confirmation times vary by provider.
If a deposit or withdrawal does not complete, first check your account transaction history to confirm the status. If the payment was deducted from your bank account but not credited to lampu4d, this is usually a provider-side delay. Most bank transfers settle within one business day; e-wallet and mobile-wallet transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) typically complete within subject to verification.
If you believe a deposit was lost or a withdrawal was reversed, contact our support team with your transaction reference number (provided by your bank or payment provider). We will investigate and follow up with the relevant payment provider. Do not attempt to re-submit the same transaction while investigating the first one, as this may create duplicate charges.

Game rules and markets
Yes. lampu4d offers demo mode for slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Mahjong Ways, Fortune Tiger) and some live-dealer tables. In demo mode, you play with virtual credits that do not represent real money. Your demo balance resets regularly and does not carry over to your real account.
